    Why yes, sweetie pie: yoga is MEANT to be done every day. Perhaps any stretch is better than no stretch, but if you’re missing your yoga more than one day, you’re practically starting from point zero each time.
    I guess that won’t be a popular attitude with the once-a-week’ers, but … it’s what I was taught, and I’ve found it to be true. The benefits of doing hatha yoga, anyway, seem to come from doing it daily. Do it for a month and you’ll see!

    Hey you girlies. Better day today….. got my new bio pics from my friend Suzanne and worked a bit more on my site.
    Thinking about doing a 30 day yoga challenge. It’s a commitment but I wonder what I’d feel like afterwards? Yoga….EVERY day. Kathy?
